I don't recall shaking at all with either of my c-sections...
Although I was placed under an inflatable heated "blanket" in recovery for a couple of hours after my 2nd. My temp was pretty low.

I shook uncontrollably after my vbirth - i was told it was b/c of all the adrenaline
