How many phones in your house?
Just another silly poll. I don't think I'm quite as overboard with phones as with the vacuums... 
(I'm not counting dead phones. DC have some old, non-functioning phones that they play with, but I'm not thinking of them).
My cell
DW's cell
2 cordless phones
3 corded phones
The computer, answering machine and DVR are also attached to the phone lines, but I can't answer the phone on them, so I figure I have a total of 7. (That still puts me near the top of my list, though....  )

1 in Living Room
1 in Kitchen
Total = 5 phones.
All of them are cordless

Right now, 1.  IT's the biggest PITA when I am not in the same room as the phone is in and its ringing!
DH is doing work on the house and the one from our bedroom and the one from downstairs are not connected.
I have a cell and DH has a cell, but because of our location, we don't get the best cell reception here, hence our need for a landline.

We have 3 phones in the house (1 regular and 2 cordless), plus we each have a cell phone and blackberry.

we don't have a landline, we just use our cells.
We never set up the phone service when we bought the house a year and a half ago, then got used to not having one - it's nice not to get sales calls!

We each have one cell phone. We keep saying we're going to get a house phone, but I haven't gotten around to it & I'm not sure I see a point. We pay enough for our cell phones, and I doubt we'd use the house phone much.

Landline - 3 digital handsets:
-Kitchen (base)
-Family Room
-Master Bedroom
(I do need to buy another handset for the basement!)
2 Cell Phones
and one POTS phone for when we lose power. (or there's another blackout and cell phones don't work or the systems are overloaded.  )
