Yes I've seen it. When I first went to a new gyno the tech asked during the intake interview..it was only uncomfortable for me b/c the tech asking the questions was someone I went to HS with...& this appt was shortly after graduating!

I don't think it's too odd of a question. But I think it should be limited in time. I mean do we really need to go back to the 90s? lol
