How many outfits?
About how many outfits and shoes does your toddler have? DH is complaining I buy DD way too much clothing so I'm wondering if I have a leg to stand on.

How many outfits?
It always ends up being too much. Every season it gets to the point that my kid's dresser drawers are overflowing, between the stuff we buy them plus gifts and hand-me-downs from other people. It's especially bad in between seasons and when they're in between sizes. Like right now, my dd needs warm and cold weather clothing bc the weather is up and down still, and she's fitting into her size 5 and size 6 stuff, so her drawers are really crammed right now with stuff also piled on top of the dresser. I'm waiting to finally be able to officially put away all her shorts and short sleeves.

Re: How many outfits?
2 dresser drawers full of clothes. Most are hand me downs... but I bought 3 new dresses for her because she won’t wear anything but right now. 1 pair of shoes (they grow out so fast) and a pair of boots.

My toddler has a ton of clothes but they are all clothes my older daughter wore that I had packed away and saved.

How many outfits?
my DS are 3 and 6. they have a TON of clothes-- its embarrassing!! HAHA stuff i pick up for them when i'm out. I'll buy them stuff once in awhile from local Facebook swap sites if it looks decent. i also have a friend with a son a year older than my oldest, so she gives me all of his stuff. and a lot of times its good stuff, too-- winter boots with the tags still on, London Fog jacket... so yeah- their dressers are both overflowing!!!

How many outfits?
If I were to set a goal I'd probably aim for two full weeks of outfits. I'm sure we end up with more, especial if you add in dresses although they don't wear them day to day as much in winter.
Shoes, who knows? When dd1 was a toddler she had a pair of sneakers and a pair of dress shoes. Now they each have two pairs of sandals, rain boots, snow boots, casual boots, sneakers, and at least two pairs of flats off the top of my head.

How many outfits?
They outgrow shoes so quickly and I always put them in sneakers anyway, so I don't get a lot. I buy sneakers that they wear almost every day, dress shoes around holidays, sandals in summer, winter boots, 2 pair of water shoes. They sometimes get 2 pair of sneakers the same size, but end up wearing their favorite all the time. For clothes, I have no idea. They probably have too much because they always have stuff they end up wearing only once.

To much. I have 2 girls. I’m terrible and buy dd2 lots of new stuff lol. I save older dd’s but when I take them out again I don’t like it lmao. I just redid their dresser and put summer stuff away. Hopefully it cools down lol. I always have a lot of leggings on hand. They stains nd rip easily. We have to many shirts to count. It’s insane lol. Shoes I try to get to many at a time b/c they grow so fats.

How many outfits?
Hahaha, ok good so it's not just me! Mine probably has about 6 weeks worth of outfits and 15 pairs of shoes/boots plus some dressy dresses. And a denim jacket, fleece, quilted jacket, winter coat, rain poncho (I went easy on the outerwear this year).
We don't have any hand me downs- she's an only child and the only girl in our family/friend group. She also doesn't get a ton of clothes as gifts (I wish she did!)
I have 17 large bins of clothes she's outgrown if anyone needs girl clothes! When I say she's the only girl I'm not kidding- we know 11 people who have had babies in the past year- all boys!

Re: How many outfits?
A ton! I have 3 boys & reuse everything but stuff wears out & I have to buy new stuff in bigger sizes as my oldest grows anyway. MIL buys a lot for them also. I justify buying more by saying I need to leave enough extra in their cubbies in school in case they need to change there, also I don't want get stuck having to do laundry constantly. They probably each have 15+ pairs of pants, 15+ shorts, 20+ t-shirts, 20+ long sleeve shirts, a handful of sweaters each. Plus undershirts, underwear, pajamas, an insane amount of socks bc I'm always losing one of the pair.... yeah their drawers are packed. As they outgrow stuff it goes to the next kid. The only thing is shoes... they have only one pair of sneakers at a time each. And a pair of sandals in the summer, plus one pair of nicer shoes. Because I have so much trouble finding something to fit comfortably on their feet, and they outgrow them so fast!!! So I'm buying sneakers often but they only really have one pair at a time.

Re: How many outfits?
Way way too many. We lived in an apartment when dd1 was first born and I’d on,h do her laundry at my parents so I got used to having at least a two-week supply and things never changed once we moved into our house! I’d say dd1 has about 18 top/bottom outfits for fall, plus a large handful of dresses. She loves shoes. Each season we have a pair of sneakers, a pair of nice casual (ie black maryjanes that she can also wear all day long to school), dressy for holiday photos (cheap Payless ones), and something seasonal-boot or flip flop. She really rotates through it all and her feet are so slow growing that I get a full year out of them. The shoes need replacing before she outgrows them.

Re: How many outfits?
My girls are not toddlers any more but I LOVE buying clothes for my girls. I can't stop. Everyone has a guilty pleasure for me....I love shopping.
My girls are 5 and 7 now and they have and INSANE amount of clothes. I'm a little bit embarrassed but they rarely repeat but it helps that they wear the same size.
They must have over 40 dresses between the two of them for each season. Than they have special occasion stuff which takes up a whole rack in our spare closet.
Shirts if I had to guess over 50 each? Pants its not as many they have a few pairs of jeans/jeggings and leggings.
Shoes is ridicilous I love buying shoes for my girls. Than they have a ton of accessories.

You must have a ton of drawer and closet space! I have less than half that- maybe even 1/4 and her dresser is hard to close!

Re: How many outfits?
Tons. DD had so much summer stuff, I still have stuff with tags on that she never wore. In my defense, it's because the weather was kinda crappy- either boiling hot or pouring rain.
