I started using OPK's in Sept. and got pregnant in November. But I had a miscarriage and now started trying again last month.

I've gotten pregnantn almost immediately with OPK's within a month usually but had m/c

i used it the month before we started TTC to try and figure out when i O as i have inconsistent periods, then i did it the 2nd month (turned out i was ovulating late-day 25) but we still got preggos, i feel it helped us.

I was using OPK's for two months, as well as charting. I ALWAYS followed the OPK's. Then the third month, I went based on CM and my chart, and I got pregnant. The OPK's were way off for me. I highly recommend Taking Charge of Your Fertility. Good luck!
