How many Little People sets does your DC have?

Not the little lunch box sets but the big ones. And what age did they play with them until?

DS has the farm, racin' ramps garage and a hand me down dollhouse. He's 2 and plays with them all so cute. I set them in a row or circle (adding the schoolbus, dumptruck and minivan) and he can play "town" for hours.

I'm on the fence about adding one more adorable one (his friend has a discontinued one and he loves and it just came out again) for Christmas.

They are aged from 1-4 but I'm not sure if he'll start steering away from them and will be ready for geotrax/imaginext type things. But for now, he loves them.

Awww screw it! Before I even post this, I've decided that I'm going to get it! Despite what my husband thinks, DS does not have too many toys! And I do downsize often and try to keep a decent manageble collection. I can think of two things of similar size to put in goodwill right now!

ETA: But I still want to hear how many you have!

We have 2 big ones (ABC Zoo? and wheelies).

I love Little People. Both boys love them too. My 7.5m old loves to play with them now.

Way too many! Between my two girls (ages 1 and 3.5) we have...

doll house
Noah's arc
animal sounds (I don't know the name of it but you put the animals on it and they make their sounds - it has a tree and arctic ice on it)
castle
fairy tree house
LP block sets - large on wheels and 2 smaller ones
2 or 3 car and truck sets

also most of the seasonal sets (these only come out during the holidays)-

Easter
St. Patty's Day
2 Halloween sets
Thanksgiving table
Mayflower
Santa and his sleigh
another Christmas one
The 3 piece set Nativity complete with camels, tents and the little drummer boy
Advent calendar

I am sure I am forgetting something. lol

My MIL buys out the catalog whenever it comes out. We only bought our kids the nativity and advent calandar. I now try to get my FIL to hide the catalog because we have no room to store anything else. But they love to play with them and my older daughter still plays with it all, even though she's at the higher end of the recommended ages.

We have the Hanukkah set (I wish they made a passover set). We have the house, the ramp, the air plane, the bus, the ark, a discontinued farm set , the ice cream truck, and DD will get the horse trailer for hanukkah.

At first we put the holiday set away, but now we keep them out all year long. I love using them as both teaching moments and it is really a nice table. So we use it a lot. The presents are good as birthday presents and you can pretend the menorah is a candelabra for other times of the year.

Our Ark set is older so it has both Noah and his wife. I love being able to explain the two by two story. I ended up getting rid of the ark but we have the people, their things and the animals. We use the farm for them instead. It is a bit smaller than the newer farm they have out and it has great sounds/moving parts.

I always wonder if anyone gets these. They are adorable and I'm so tempted to help with Holiday learning, particularly the Nativity and Hanukkah/Passover sets as I am Catholic and DH is Jewish.

Do you put them away with your holiday decor and bring them out only for that Holiday or leave them out all year? We somehow got a Santa, Mrs. Clause and elf in hand me downs and DS calls Mrs. Clause, Grandma!

We have the barn. My son loved it for a long time but now at 2 hardly looks at it. I really like the one you posted on FB and might have to add it is his xmas list!

DS is 18 months and has 2 - LP Farm (which he LOVES) and LP Zoo which is hit or miss. He loves the animals from the zoo but plays with them in the far.

We will likely get him a 3rd set for christmas

not that many b/c DS wasn't into them, DD however loves them so she will be getting a bunch for the holidays and her birthday

I'm tempted to get the school house because that was my favorite as a kid. Funny thing is that he likes to integrate his cars with these toys.. he thinks the door to the castle is like a garage door LOL

My twins are 2 and they LOVE LP sets. We have tons...the alphabet zoo, another smaller zoo, the Farm, the Airport, the plane, the princess castle, another princess set, and like 2 more I cannot remember. I have them all stored in a GIANT storage bin. I love them!

Only 2. The Wheelies Stand N Play rampway and Rev 'n Sounds Racetrack. He loves them!
