Not that many now, because most of my friends don't have kids, but when I taught preschool, I had three in a class of 20. It is very popular, but who cares? If you love it, go for it! I graduated with like 15 Lindsays, but they all were known for different things.

I do know of a bunch of babies born in the last year or so named Isabella... but there's a reason it's so popular, it's a beautiful name! If you love it, use it!

Quite a few. It's really popular right now as well as Gabrielle, Grace, Olivia. I shy away from the popular names even though its a nice name.

Too many. Lol. That was our number one girls name a few years ago, but I'm glad we didn't get to use it because its just too popular for me. I like less common names though. However, it is a beautiful name!

i do love it. it was our 1st girl name choice a few years ago, but did not get the chance to use it until now.
it's popularity is the only thing keeping me from definitely choosing it. and when I think of that being the only reason - then i don't care.

DD is Isabella and she is 6. i honestly didnt know the name was going to be SO popular when we picked it. BUT it would never have stopped me from using it. There is only 1 other Isabella in her grade. and that was out of 4 classes!! Aside from that, we do not know of any other Isabella's right now. DS pre-k class had zero.
If it is something you love use it. dont base it on popularity.

I know a bunch of all ages. A couple babies/toddlers, a couple in the 6-10 range, and a couple who are young teens.

Isabella is so popular between dh and my friends we have 4 Isabella's we know. They are all close in age too! We also have 3 Sophias.

I Guess it's like asking "How many John's or Michael's do you know?"
A lot! But that doesn't keep people from handing down the name generation after generation.
