how long is your average wait for your obgyn?
Sometimes for me it is over an hour! I don't get why they run so behind!!

Depends. Usually around 20-35 minutes. Once I was told that I was the first sono of the day scheduled for 8:15. I wasn't taken in until 8:45. Then another time, they didn't put my appointment in the computer so they had to squeeze me in and told me it would probably be awhile. I waited 10-15 minutes. I don't get it! LOL
Tomorrow my appointment is in the middle of the day as opposed to early morning so I wonder how backed up they'll be.

I usually wait at least 30mins, usually more and it's frustrating because when the doctor finally comes in they listen for the heartbeat for a second then asks if I have any questions and there off

I usually wait about 10-15 minutes to see the nurse then maybe an additional 5 minutes or less to see the doctor. I will only see my doctor at one of her offices because the other office is poorly managed and the wait times are over an hour. I did it once and I will never do it again.

I would not wait an hour. That's bs. I worked in the city and dr was on li so we always made the first appt of the day and then drive into the city for work. I think the earlier you go the better before they start backing up and the wait time accumulates.

it depends on the dr in my practice. My favorite always has a long wait but I don't mind because he takes his time with every patient and i know he will sit with me and answer all my questions until I'm comfortable with everything.

My old practice was always over an hour in the waiting room, then another 20-30 mins in the exam room waiting for the Dr...now I never wait. Most I've waited was prob 5 mins. One time, they even took me 15 minutes early.

At most 20 minutes
I wouldn't wait an hour every visit. There was maybe one last pregnancy that I waited 45 mins but they told me they had an emergency patient earlier and were backed up.

My old practice could be 15 min or an hour. Maybe sometimes more.
New practice I usually wait no more then 20min. I think I had to wait an hour once.

Usually 30-40 minutes of I get there before She is too far behind lol! At night, I have waited 90 minutes but refuse to go that late anymore

It really depends. Usually about 15 minutes. This past week was my Level 2 and they were super backed up...I waited about 45 mins.

My old practice I would wait an hour plus regularly.
New practice. 5 mins.
There is no need for long waits. I realized that when I switched and found a dr that really cared.

I usually wait about 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. The nurse does her thing or I get a sono and then I wait another 5-10 to see the doctor.

I have never waited more than 5 mins. My dr is very particular about keeping appointment times. He hates people sitting in the waiting room. He is very good about getting me in and out of there quickly.
