i must have one of the last napping 4 yr olds! she naps for almost 2hrs...goes to bed by 8 and wakes at about 7, but doesn't get out of bed til 8-8:30am!
if she doesn't nap i am strict about seeing that she at least lies down for an hour for quiet time.
i was thinking the same thing reading this thread. DD has to have her nap...or atleast quiet time or she will lose it in the afternoon.

10-11 hours a night, no naps. He is not yet 4 I should add, but two months away.

My older DS was like this. He would nap 2-3 hours in daycare and then sleep a good 10-11 hours at night.
