How long does it last in fridge?
How long does raw pork last in fridge?
What about raw fresh salmon?
Trying to decide what I need to freeze. TIA!

fish, one day. Pork maybe a few days. I would eat the fish asap. Freeze the pork.
Once exception, is the salmon previously frozen or was it always fresh?

I agree with Susan. I don't EVER keep fish for more than a day. In fact.. I usually cook it the same day I buy it.
With other meat products I go by expiry date. I freeze or use by the date on the package. If it's been frozen and defrosted I generally use it within a day or 2 tops.

I asked about the previously frozen fish because if it was already frozen I wouldn't re-freeze it. In fact if it was previously frozen and defrosted I would use it the same day. If you can't eat it the same day then toss it.
