I've lost about 15 since DS was born 7 weeks ago. I walk every day and watch what I eat. Was also looking forward to starting yoga last week since I was all cleared from my doctor but I had an appendicitis and now I cant do anything for 3 weeks.
Hopefully when cleared to go back to regular activity I am going to start yoga.
