How does exercise and/or illness affect your cycle?

I haven't been feeling well, so I haven't been going to the gym. It's my first cycle off of BCP, so I have no other cycle to compare it to...but in the past couple of days I haven't been to the gym and I've just started to feel better and suddenly there's lots of CM. I am CD15 today, so it does make sense anyway, but I was wondering if any of you hard core TCOYFers know if there's any correlation between exercise and/or illness? Chat Icon

This could be your ovulation time (towards the end). I highly highly doubt your extra CM has anything to do w/ exercise or lack of it. Unless you were taking cold medicine while you were sick.........from what I read here on the boards, that will create more CM for you.
