How do YOU teach your kids to put on a shirt?

DH has been teaching the kids to put both arms in the holes first at the same time then their head. I do head then each arm seperately. What about taking shirts off? Roman always takes his head out first then has his shirt across his shoulders. I try to teach them the grab across with both hands and over the head or the one arm out first. What do you do?

For putting on, I think your way is easier for them. For taking off, arms out first may be easier, but I'm not sure -- it may be just as easy to teach them to lift the whole thing over their head.
