How do you sneak veggies into Mac N Cheese?
Just wondering how to make Mac N Cheese more nutritious since it's still one of the only solid go-to foods DS eats (almost 11 months).
Any other EASY and QUICK nutritious recipes you can share for this age?

I put spinach in it and call it salad. The kids love salad, so it works. Its not hidden at all though.

How do you sneak veggies into Mac N Cheese?
DD will eat anything we put in front of her (for now at least), so I just add whatever veggies to her pasta. This week it's carrots and peas. Othertimes it's butternut squash or broccoli.
I make her broccoli bites that she loves. Just chopped up steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs and an egg. Mix together, roll into balls, and bake. I make a big batch and keep them in the freezer so I can just take them out when I need. Zuchinni pancakes are another hit with her. Dr. Praeg's (I think?) makes some good spinach pancakes that she loves. And veggie burgers.
