veggies in mac and cheese
?My trick for veggies in mac & cheese
My DD is notorious for picking out mixed veggies from her mac & cheese.
So this time I steamed broccoli and cauliflower, chopped it up real tiny with the quick chop, and put it in her food. No picking out this time missy! ?

I put veggies in everything including meatballs and pasta.... You can't taste it and it's a great way to get the veggies in!

i put veggies in as many meals as i can get them into. DS hasn't officially hit the "picky eater" phase but he is slowly getting to it.
I do the same with fruits. I use them as the sweet part of meals and as snacks. Pureed mangoes or applesauce on his waffles/french toast/pancakes.
