all of our bills are paid online through my banks bill pay feature... most of them are set up on a 4 week reoccurring schedule... bills get paid to coincide with my pay cycle. half the bills get paid on the day i get paid.. they 2 weeks later the other half get paid with my next check and so on..

online with the bank that holds the mortgage. I set it up using their website and linking it to my citi account. It's with Chase.

My other property is auto deducted on the 15th of the month.

I almost never send a physical check. All bills are paid online.

we don't have the option to pay online (bethpage) so we write checks. it's the only bill we pay by paper check. it's fine though bc we each provide a portion of the payment from our respective cheking account, and who pays what amount changes every month!

I pay everything online except the mortgage. I can set up auto pay with the option to set up an extra principal payment automatically but that wont work for me. The check I write is different each month because the extra amount I pay is always different. I think you can set up auto pay and then mail in extra principal checks but I didnt like that option because I could forget to do it or use the $$ for something else.

Online and we pay it ourselves...no auto deduct
