How do you know if your baby has reflux

My son is almost 4 weeks old. I am exclusively bf. My son has been going through a growth spurt and eating alot during the day eating constantly but sleeps for anything from 2-4 hours at night. He is fussy during the day seems to be spitting up more and has the hiccups. He is not fussy when he eats during the day but is sometimes fussy at his last night feeding. I am going to call the peditrician tomorrow. Anyone have any advice?

some signs:
arching back
excessive crying
spit up
crying when places on back or lying down
hiccups
gagging

gas/fussiness and reflux show up around this age.

You can try going to enfamil AR or Gentlease...both help
