how do you keep track of everything going on?
I need a nice organizer. I have so many things going on during the day. I just need a place to write everything down. My small calendar book is not good enough.
I am looking at one from this site:
http://www.momagenda.com/products.cfm?cID=10
do you have an organizer?

Re: how do you keep track of everything going on?
I just got the Amy Kapp Big Grid calendar for my fridge and I looooove it. I like having everything written out in one space, it's just easier for me to keep track. This calendar is great, lots of room to write in your daily events, space for notes and to do, and even space for your dinner plans. Perfect for my needs.
Here is the link:

Calendar on my iPhone
I despise the calendar on the new iOS 7. I like the old one better where I can click on the day and see what appointments/events I have listed as opposed to scrolling through the entire day.
Looks like I'll be searching for a new calendar app myself.

I have a DayMinder Weekly academic planner.
The iphone calendar is too simple. I have multiple things going on every day & DH schedule too.

We use the COZI app on our IPhones. It allows us to share information amongst everyone and you can even update it on-line.
You can also write shopping lists that can be shared on this app.

Re: how do you keep track of everything going on?
We have this hanging on a "hidden" wall in our kitchen.
The cork board is great to hold invitations and things that I don't want cluttering up the fridge.
We use the blank one to write down items we don't want to forget on our next grocery shopping trip and the weekly board to write down our weekly dinner menu.
The monthly calendar is filled out with all of our appointments.
I also use my iphone calendar, shared with my DH, since he never remembers what I've written on the wall calendar.

Re: how do you keep track of everything going on?
I use a variety of things because I can't seem to find 1 thing to do everything.
I also love to write things down, old fashioned pen and paper style.
for me and everything personal, I use a daily planner, i prefer either Mead brand or Office Max brand. I write everything important in my planner.
I also use a regular college lined notebook for sillier stuff, tv show or movie lists, wish lists for DD's toys, just random notes, thoughts, things I read out of books or online that I want to remember or research.
downstairs, we have a dry erase board, that is where we write stuff we need to remember for that day as well as the supermarket list, target, sams club and other random stores. when i remember i need something i write it on the dry erase board and its near the door on the way out, so i always stop and look and it and write it down on my shopping lists before i leave the house.
i have a corkboard downstairs too with business cards i need the #'s of, menus to our favorite restaurants, tickets we might need, etc.
on the fridge I have a weekly menu for dinners.
On my computer I use trello for DH and I to do chores and errands. He only uses computers and hates handwritten notes I leave, so I started using it. It's a virtual corkboard in a way and now I've gotten used to it. I use it for many all of the cleaning and weekly tasks we need to accomplish to keep the house in order.
I feel like I have other things but I am forgetting now.

I don't like the new calendar either. In fact, I hate it. It's the only real change I notice on iOS 7 and I wish I could un-update my phone just to get my old calendar. That being said, I refuse to carry a planner around so I make it work.

Everything goes on my Google Calendar. I print it out in month format at the beginning of the mont and it goes on the fridge. Adjustments are made in the paper copy and online. It's working well for us, everyone can see what's going on and what days are free.

Re: how do you keep track of everything going on?
I use Google Calendar. That way, DW and I can both see and update the calendar, and any changes are visible to both of us immediately. Plus, I can categorize the activities (Scouts, soccer, track, misc), so when they overlap, I can still make out what's going on.
DW still likes using her paper calendar, but if and when she gets a smart phone, she'll probably reluctantly switch over to just the Google calendar.

Re: how do you keep track of everything going on?
I use outlook and google calendar and they are synced on my phone.
I also use my task/flag list on outlook but that is more for when I flag emails I need to get back to. I sometimes write emails to myself so I can add it to the outlook task list.
At work, I write all my daily to do's on a notebook. I also include my person things I need to do. I cross them out as they are completed. If they don't get done within a day or two, I rewrite the item on a new day. Hope that made sense.
When I am home on the weekends, there are no official lists and I don' get much done. I just have birthday parties, playdates and special events on my calendar.
