How do you figure out
what CD you're on? That is to say if you're not using OPKs? I usually use a website (can't for the life of me remember the name right now) and I also go by ewcm. But this month the websites calculations and my excm were at two totally different times. I think next month I will start using OPKs but I was just wondering if anyone uses a good website to track their days.

well for CD's, you just go by your first day of AF as CD1 and go on from there. But if you mean DPO's, then I really can only tell by temping and using opks. (opk's to see my LH surge to know O is coming, and temping to see that it has happened).
even then it is possible to be off by a day or so.
hope that helps a little 
eta: maybe you were thinking of fertility friend? i think they have charts where you can fill in your cm and cp and temps and stuff.

Same thing happend to me this month Kristin. I had O symptoms all over the place! I day I felt the pains, another day I saw EWCM and my monthly cycles said somethng else! lol If it doesn't happen this month I'm getting serious and using OPK's. Plus every time i got a symptom I would grab DH to BD, but those symptoms lasted like a week...so it was ALOT!

I'm an idiot! I meant your O days. And I do think it was Fertility Friend. Thanks.
I BD the whole week FF told me I was O-ing and then of course a week later I had EWCM, and DH was working late all week.

me too. I feel like I have been having O symptoms for the past 2 weeks I give up this cycle trying to figure anything out; if AF comes this weekend then next cycle Im using the OPK for sure!!

Well since my cycles are still screwy from BCP, I'd be LOST without the OPKs. Truly lost. I even started temping this cycle to just to have 2 methods of determing O days. I have no true pattern of CM to go by either.
I def recommend using OPKs!

Agreed. This month vs. last was so much more....planned. We BD from CD8, started using OPKs CD 10 & until I got +  . Takes the whole guess work out of things.

I personally thought OPK's would be stressful...but I think the way I'm feeling now is even more stressful! I have no idea what is going on and i think that is worse...I raped DH all week lol  and at least with OPK's I would know if my timing was at least close! lol

Usually I just count the day after ewcm as 1 dpo. I think that is not very accurate though. Even no BFP this month I think I am going to start w/ OPK's too.
