Me too. If they are single, no problema. If not, I don't want to know about it.
If they are single and don't work for the same manager, then it is ok. But if one of them reports to the other one or if they have the same manager, then it can be complicated.

I find it extremely disruptive & demoralizing for employees. It was horrible & I hated going to work to deal with the stress of the gossip, the backbiting & the absolutely utterly ridiculousness of their lies.
Whatever happens outside of the workplace is none of my business. Disrupt the company, sleep with your subordinate & lobby for her raises & I lose every ounce of respect I ever had for you.
Oddly enough I worked at a company where my boss's boss had an 18 year old affair/relationship with someone outside the company. His mistress would come to West Coast events. His wife would come to his East Coast events. He lived with the mistress during the week & the wife on weekends. Didn't bother me at all because it was kept out of the office.
