How do you check for your CM
So I think I have temping down, but I am not good at checking CM. In the past I've analyzed the undies and general V sensation, but this month I looked at TP and that was not a success. So, I'm wondering how you ladies check it. TIA

Not to be too gross, but truth is that if you don't regularly get CM (I do), then your best chances of noticing EWCM would be after a BM. The pressure sometimes will push out the CM as well. Also, you can try doing kegels before going to the bathroom and that sometimes helps too. I honestly have never found it useful to reach up inside  .

i can usually check the tp but i'll give the ol' reach around if i have to. it doesn't seem very effective though.
