how do i stop (for EPing moms)
so ds is being weaned onto whole milk and so I now get to stop pumping (ironically my pump started crashing mid pump today so i think it is revolting) but now i need to stop... is it better to reduce the time at the pump or reduce the number of pumps... since i am preg again i want to chose the safest and least painful way and avoid mastitis which i had three times this year

I would knock your pumping sessions down by one a day over the course of a week or 2. (Congratulations too!)

Space out your pump so you reduce 1 pump per day. Do gradually so you don't end up with engorgement/infection.
