How do i remove my address from internet
When I search my name my full address comes up multiple times. Anyway to remove?

How do i remove my address from internet
Click on the specific site that it comes up on. Scroll down and there should be a link to remove your info. I just googled my own name and was shocked that ALL of my information came up under about 3 sites. Two of them I immediately submitted the request to delete...and it is gone.

Nope. Once anything is on the Internet, it's there forever. You would have to go to every single site that has your address (and there are hundreds if not thousands that you're not even aware of) and ask them specifically to remove your info. Since it's public information, that's not going to happen.

I think it's pretty much impossible. I had an order of protection against an ex-bf and after I moved I was hoping he'd never be able to find out my new address. After about 6 months, it was all over the internet. I contacted all the sites that came up on the first few pages of google. Most of them wanted a copy of the OOP in order to prove I needed the info removed. They would remove it but other sites would pop up. He eventually got my address so I stopped trying but yeah it's pretty much impossible.

I am not sure if you can still do this, however, you could try to reach out to the yellow pages or white pages owners near you to see if you can have the info removed with them. Then you would have to wait to see if the info falls off. However, someone could do a historical search. The real way to do it is to buy your home as an LLC, with the contact info a PO box. The problem is that your mortgage company sells your info. and then the filing is also a matter of public record.

This. I've had some creepy experiences and tried desperately to get my address removed from all the sites to know avail. The internet is a scary thing...

I know people keep saying you can't, but you can remove a lot. Again, go to the sites that all of your information pops up on, and there are opt out links. The info is taken from public records, so yes, you are buried somewhere in there when you google and go through a million pages, but at least you can get off the first page! I did this yesterday when my full name, address, phone, birth date and all of my relatives name's showed up on a particular site that displays personal information when you type in a name. It was immediately taken down after submitting my request. But when googling, the same info showed up (then link was broken when clicked though). submitted the URL to google requests to have it deleted, and today it's gone.

and there was another one who is the one that had ALL my information...but since it doesn't come up anymore, I can't find the link for it!
