How did you tell people?
I'm trying to come up with a cute way to break the news to my parents... I figure I have 4 weeks to come up with something since I plan on telling them after the NT scan...
All I can think of is how Becky told Uncle Jesse on Full House while playing Pictionary... she drew out "cheese half ink a baby" I was thinking of having DH a shirt made up with that on it and see if anyone notices. Other than that I've got nothing...

i got my mom a "i love grandma" bib
for the rest of my family i plan on getting custom m&ms and making cookies for dessert at our family bbq

We broke the news on mother's day, and got both mom's onsies that said "I'm going to grandma's". The confusion on their faces was priceles

we mostly told people the normal (read: boring) way but to tell my brother, we handed him a stack of his mail and told him to go thru it and stuck the sono pics in there.

We were pretty boring. I told my parents on Mother's Day; and signed the card my name; DH's name our two dogs and baby. She didn't realize it right away and then started crying!

That is so sweet!!!!
My favorite person I told was my Aunt Pearl. I called her and said "you know how I'm always saying what a great aunt you are?" and she was like... "umm... ok??" "Well, you're going to actually BE a great aunt!!" -- took her a few seconds but I loved it. I did the same thing to my grandfather. My parents I just told. I had to tell everyone on the phone since I moved 500 miles away from them all.

How did you tell people?
Thanks everyone!! Ang I definitely like the idea with the "big sister" shirt for Jessie!! My parents always call my dogs their "grand-dogs" so that would be perfect.
Sandra I think that would be great for when I call my grandparents who all live down in Florida!!! Thanks for the idea!!
