How did you know to switch your DC to Barley cereal?
DS has been on oatmeal since about 4 months & just within the past week or so, I have noticed his bowel movements to be changing to a "harder" consistency. I know it is not the fruit/veggie I am giving him bc if I skip the cereal, his bowels go back to normal.
I am starting to think the oatmeal is just not good for him.

You can switch whenever you want.
I never did barley, just rice, then oatmeal
