just put a lil on a spoon or a piece of bread/toast/cracker/apple..

I spread a little bit on a piece of bread and gave it to her. It was a little after her 1st birthday.

As the others have said but make sure you do it in the morning and on a day where you will be with her the entire day.

I agree with this. Also I bought some children's benadryl just in case. More for my own peace of mind. I also think it's possible to not get a reaction the very first time so I continued to give a little bit on a weekend morning every couple of weeks until I felt comfortable that DS wasn't having any reaction.

I mixed it in with banana and oatmeal. My kids and I eat that for breakfast so I did the same for her.

PBJ sandwich 3 days in a row. We had benedryl on hand and just kept an eye on them.

Shortly after her 2nd birthday, I gave her a couple of Nutter Butter Minis for about 4 or 5 days in a row.
