How crampy do you usually get before AF?

How crampy do you usually get before AF?
I am super crampy this month from about 6-7dpo til now (10dpo) it's non stop! Not sure if it's normal AF or I'm
Just reading in to it!This 2ww seriously is killing me but I refuse to test I do not want to see a BFN I can't handle it!

I get pretty crampy but really only on the day when AF arrives. I am 6DPO and getting minor backahce/cramps and its driving me nuts.

the only time i get cramps is when we  a day or two before AF and I O then i feel a pretty painful cramp afterwards...

i'm not a good person to ask. i've had cramps since 5DPO. Generally though, I get cramps starting the instant I see AF.
