heh, not quite as immaculate as you guys, but we usually cover food when it's microwaving, so it's not like there's tons of gunk in there...
I clean it about once a month  That's usually how long it takes for it to lose it's freshly cleaned look.

I try not to let is go lower than a 8.

Clean. Not 100% spotless, but, I do wipe it out at least 3-4x a week.
Heavy cleaning once a week.
