how can i progress some cervical change over here!
my cervix is still closed. my DH is a teacher and i really want to give birth at the end of this week so that my DH can stay home and help me with the baby.
today at my appt my doc said my cervix is still closed but the baby's head is low.
WTH DOES THIS MEAN!
CAN I MOVE THINGS ALONG???
maybe some  or something?
should i dehydrate, lol?

I'm not sure if it was coincidence or not but DH and I , and three hours later I went into labor. Before that, I was nowhere near ready to give birth according to my doctor. Good luck

Last resort...castor oil, google it I've heard it works wonders but be prepared to go to the bathroom...a lot

drink red raspberry leaf tea, rub evening primrose oil onto cervix or take capsules, eat fresh pineapples, walk a ton, rock on a birth ball, eat spicy food, and castor oil as a last resort
