Went to OB yesterday.. Still no change  He tried to strip my membranes but I'm not dilated enough to do so.. I had a NST and it showed contractions but nothing steady.. He's on call on Tuesday so he told me to come in on Monday, I will be his first appt. and hopefully he will induce me on Tuesday. I just want to meet my baby already and find out if it's a  or 
question...i'm due on the 29th and going to the doctor today to see my progress. Why is the doc inducing you on tuesday? can you ask for an induction? just curious. I had my daughter at exactly 38 weeks, which is today for me, and i don't feel like anything is going on today...just curiuos if you can ask for an induction, and when they normally do it.
I asked to be induced.. I wasn't with my first or second. DD was born 1 day before her due date and I actually had DS 13 days before his due date.. and I am 38weeks 2 days now.. My Dr. will not induce me before 39 weeks and he might not induce me next week unless he thinks the baby/my body are ready b/c he doesn't want it to end up in a c-section. So I will know Monday.. I don't mind being induced, so we shall see. HTH and Good Luck!!
