hotels in sorrento?
Hi all! We will be spending 3 nights in Sorrento at the end of May.
I would love any hotel recommendations. I don't even know where to start - I am looking blindly at trip advisor.com, but i'd rather get a recommendation from someone on LIF.
We don't want to spend a TON of money, but want something pretty nice. We plan to see Sorrento, and also take a day trip or two, whatever time allows.
I would love any suggestions! TIA!

Look up Hotel Settimo Cielo. I stayed here in 2006. It is moderately priced, includes buffet breakfast every morning. It also has a pool overlooking the bay. It is a 5 minute, absolutely stunning, beautiful scenic walk into town. It is family-owned and the staff is wonderful. They were so helpful with making reservations and making recommendations.

I stayed here in 2008 and it was great! Amazing views from our room, they had a nice size pool and well within walking distance to the main square, shops and restaurants.
Our second choice was Hotel Minerva. I've heard great things about them as well.
