I don't think so, but I think the amount in hot cocoa is a very small amount.

Swiss Miss has decaf. But the amount of caffeine in the regular packets is 67mg and we are allowed 200 mg of caffeine a day. Drink the regular one and enjoy

oh so they do have decaf? I didn't think they did?

I was shocked too. Here's one, but I could have sworn I have seen the swiss miss brand as well at work

Drink a cup of the regular! You should be fine. I have at least one cup of something that's "heavily" caffeniated a day and all is well here. Just try not to go about 200mg per day. Enjoy!!!!!
