hot chocolate
Just thinking about how the days are going to be getting colder...is it ok to have hot chocolate maybe once a day?

Everything in moderation... and I dont think that hot chocolate has too much caffeine... maybe use half the packet and put a lot of milk!! This way you are getting calcuim too..lol

Great idea. My DH drank a cup of hot chocolate the other night and I said I couldn't drink any. But now, I think I will take your advice and use half the packet with milk. Thanx

I think that's fine. Even using the whole packet has less caffeine than a cup of coffee- which they say is fine to have every day. I do agree that you should make it at home with milk. Not only is it better for you, but it's so much yummier!!!

I drank it all the time preggo. Nestle sells a good one that has added calcium and isn't caffinated.
