hot at night
Was wondering i am only a little over 5 weeks and i was always cold all the time no matter how warm the weather was or how warm the room was but now at night i can't sleep because I am so hot I wake up sweating is this normal??

i am much farther along - 36 weeks - and i've been HOT the entire pregnancy! like wearing short sleeves when people have coats and hats on! i am constantly opening windows and DH is constantly shutting them. and dont let me near a steamy bathroom (like after a shower) - i get nauseus!

i dont know if it's normal but I heard Jenny McCarthy had the same problem when she had her baby. She wrote about it in her book Belly Laughs.
She would wake up in the middle of the night all drenched from sweat sometimes.
I guess it's another side effect of pregnancies. She delivered her baby fine so I guess it's not a huge deal?
Something you might want to bring up with your gyno just in case though...

Im always warm. DH will want the heat on, I tell him he's nuts.
Im 37 weeks and this has been happening the whole time.

This just started for me at 22 weeks.
I'm always freezing cold and I've woken up the last couple of nights with the covers kicked off.

It started very early for me, the night before I got my BFP and has continued so far. I'm in the 7th week.

I got the night sweats a few times at the beginning. Ididnt even klnow it was a symptom.
DH thought I peed ion the bed I woke up sweating so bad.
Happened for a week or two around 6-8 weeks PG. Then passed just like that.
I get hot now , but not THAT bad.
ETA_ I sleep with the fan on HIGH every night.

I had the night and day sweats and Im always cold. Now I just get them at night, I guess my hormones are getting back to normal, since during the day I am cold again.
