Hospital Tours?

When do you typically do these? My OB's office never said anything & I just wanted to see what everyone else does!

typically done in the third trimester - but make sure you book it early enough. we were told to book ours in early April for a late May date.

the tours tend to book out quickly.

I am 27 weeks and I just did my hospital tour yesterday. The other women on my tour looked farther along then I am. Hope that helps!

Ours is this coming weekend (I'm 30 weeks today probably called at 27 weeks).

I've had no issues booking it ... we originally booked Mother's Day weekend and rescheduled when we found out they only allowed two people for the tour (and my mother was visiting), then I cancelled/rescheduled this past weekend because of my tonsilitis (I didn't feel right wandering around the maternity ward!).

Well I called the hospital I wanted to deliver at & they gave me an orientation date of June 11th. I will just be 28 weeks. They said it is better to get it done with earlier then later.

I called my hospital around 21/22 weeks to inquire about classes and tours. At that time, they signed us up for classes in the first week of June (I'll be 36/37 weeks) and tours are done with no reservation (in Southside) every Saturday so we'll go either before or after we take the classes (labor & delivery, c-secion and breastfeeding [just I'll go to BF]).
