worth the price?
I've got my eye on a pricey dining table...but it's gorgeous

Re: Hooker Furniture
My master bedroom furniture is Hooker and it still looks great after 5 years. We ordered it from NC Furniture though and saved a TON so maybe you can try that (if you dont mind waiting for it).

Re: Hooker Furniture
Oh my mom has a dining set from them.
She ordered it direct from North Carolina as well.
We did shop around at local stores for the same set... my Dad's favorite thing to do was go into the store with my Mom and tell the salesperson that they were looking for a hooker. He thought that was just hysterical.
Anywho, after getting some price comps she went through NC and it was a good $1,500 less or something crazy. This was about 6 years ago - so worth even the price at the stores around here, she said. Because, six years or so later, and the set is like BRAND new. Not only is it a classic style but it holds up amazingly well. It's stunning.

Re: Hooker Furniture
Yes very good quality. I have bedroom and dining room furniture. Go through Elite Interiors in NC, 1/2 the price of Peter Andrews.
