homeowner's insurance binder...
Has anyone been asked to provide a copy of their binder PRIOR to closing as a CONDITION of their mortgage commitment...
We have...and it makes no sense, even to the insurance agents I've spoken with

our situation might be slightly different... but we have to provide a certificate of insurance AT closing... but we are purchasing a co-op...
