Holy exhaustion!

DH woke me up at 5am this morning because he couldn't find his phone, and of course I couldn't fall back asleep. I just took a 20 minute nap at work (on the acupuncture table) and I could just go straight back to bed. I don't know if I have another 4 hours in me! Hoping some nice cold water will help.

Holy exhaustion!

I feel you! I've been up with DS the last two nights. I'm hitting a wall about now...

Holy exhaustion!

Exhaustion was my first symptom. On weekends I would sleep whenever I could.

Holy exhaustion!

I thought it was supposed to start going away as you neared the 2nd trimester! Almost 13 weeks here and it's just as bad as it has always been. I LOVE my weekends because I nap as often and as long as possible.

I wake up at 4:15 for work. The exhaustion does not go away when you wake up that early. Luckily I can sneak in a nap during the day Chat Icon Staying well hydrated always helps...and a little sugar here and there doesn't hurt either. Hang in there!

I'm about 19 weeks and still exhausted all the time. I can't wait for this baby to get here. I hope I don't feel like this for much longer. Like a pp said ... sugar does help a little.
