I'm surprised the agent is using those pics to show the house- you can't even see the house! I bet it would show really nice if they just removed most of that junk...what happened to staging the place?!

Under all the stuff, it looks like a nice house. My realtor would never let them get away with that- she read us the riot act, and our house was not NEARLY as busy as that.

when I had my house on the market I put everything away, left barely anything out, but it was a small house, and I wanted it to appear bigger, so it helped a lot I htink.

Believe it or not, DH and I looked at a house that was at least 10x worse than that, and they had supposedly packed more than half of their cr@p already. Every inch of surface was covered with some little tschotke/dust collector. It might have been a nice house, but we couldn't see past all of the stuff!
