I like the area...it is just sooo far east though
mostly nice neighborhoods
IMO Sachem is a decent SD...but very large!

Great idea, good SD Sachem was large but now they split it up. I really do not think there is a bad area. A lot new construction.

I just saw a sweet house on ebay that is in holtsville - Danielle and I would seel in a heart beat and move there

I used to live in Holtsville and liked it a lot. I lived in an apartment -- but it was nice -- and had a lot of things nearby -- plus it was close enough to the ronkonkoma train station and the LIE and Sunrise Hwy. I would live there again, definately!

unique house for that part of LI. The only thing that I would consider a major problem is the flat roof. They always leak, are very expensive to replace if you can even find someone qualified to do it.

That house is about 5 minutes from me. Very nice area, I know a few people who live in that neighborhood.

I lived my entire life in that development. On Tenth ave! I went to Sachem and loved it. It is big but now the district has been split so it isn't as big. The neighborhood is very nice and that house is gorgeous!
