I just wish that the picture could show you how pretty this is in person. The dots on the first tier are metallic, and so is the plaid thread on the panty. So special!

Thanks! To be honest I just didn't want to spend a lot on a dress she'd only wear a few hours so I was looking on the Kohl's website and when I saw this I fell in love because it's not your typical red or green but still says Holiday to me.
And it was like $26 or $22 bucks plus I had a 30 off code.
Crazy cheap!
