Hip Pain
The past two days I have had the worst hip pain. Any suggestions for relief? I have not found a position that eliminates it. I have been doing yoga and stretching but it does not seem to be providing much relief.

Re: Hip Pain
Are you sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees? That helped a lot. Other than that, you just kind of have to deal. Your hips are loosening in preparation for childbirth.

Hip Pain
I have been sleeping on my side with a pillow between my knees. I know this is part of pregnancy but the pain is so intense that I wake up crying in the early morning. I hope the intensity decreases.

Re: Hip Pain
I had this during my first pregnancy and now have it with this one. The pain is horrible by early morning. I have been force to sleep mostly on my back with a pillow under one side of my back so I'm tilted a little. Takes the weight off my hips. Good news the night you deliver the pain will disappear.
