-My health insurance went from 8 bucks a week for a PPO plan to 350 a month for a family plan.
-Taxes on my checks from 2008 were WAY less than they are now.
-I went to the emergency room when Bush was President- my bill was 25 bucks. Now, hubby went to the ER in Feb and I had a baby in March and we have over 2K in out of pocket medical bills.
-More shootings.
-More terrorist attacks globally.
-The deficit is WAY more now because our POTUS wastes money on countless experiements that I could give two shittts about.
-Our debt to China is way more.
-With the temporary skilled workers visa that Obama worked hard to grant has forced many high paying skilled workers in my company to the umemployment line so a bunch of foreigners could be employed. That's MESSED up.
I could go on and on. But you keep on drinking that liberal koolaid, alright? 
I personally think the years under GWB is what caused this domino effect. He kept taxes lower because he wanted to keep the 1% rich - that couldn't be sustained over time. Healthcare should be a basic human right, as in seen in countless other countries across the world - we view it as a luxury. Immigration is an ideological issue, so most people aren't going to agree. I believe immigration increases the quantity of production available in an economy, so it generates growth. And because of that they generate spending power, again, pushing up overall growth. And cost push inflation ultimately makes goods more affordable for all and boosts competitiveness with exports. Plus, immigration leads to job creation because as jobs are filled, new jobs are created and sometimes can only do so when outside talents are brought in and niche industries are created.
None of us are here by birthright - we're not the original inhabitants of this country and we're all the progeny of immigrants. Bashing immigration just seems like a new form of hate speech.

Yes, I know. My family did it. My mom and Uncle worked in a zipper factory. And then my uncle rose to VP for an investment firm. Hard work gets you there. Everyone needs to do it. LEGALLY!

But before you connect your experiences to the work of the current president, look into it further.
Taxes are actually at one of their lowest points in decades. Under $250k there has been NO change from Bush at all. Look it up.

I admit I could never be persuaded to vote for him, but I would honestly love a thoughtful analysis because I do have an open mind about the issues and I could be persuaded to see certain things a different way.
But not by people who repeat the same generalities, ignore facts, and add - often - add lots of CAPS and !!!!! to compensate for what they are lacking.

If you are okay with people stealing jobs from people in their 40's & 50's whom are now having trouble finding jobs to support their families, why you give up your job so someone could be paid half of your salary from another country.
I understand your argument, but you do realize that Obama did not create those visas. They existed prior to his presidency.
I know the H1B was created in the early 90's. But he pushed for the quota from 60K to way more than that. Congress created it with an allotted amount. Obama then pushed it from 60K to over 100K from my understanding.

I don't think that is correct. I think Bill Clinton increased it from the initial 65k, George W. Bush decreased back to 65k and added 20k visas if you had a Masters degree. Obama hasn't made any changes to the cap.
