high readings on CBFM
Two days ago I had my eggies on my CBFM. Today it went back to a high reading and I am assuming tomorrow will be back at low.
I have had these strong headaches the past 2 days and my nips are very sensitive.
Its to soon for symptoms right?? I mean I just BD the past 3 days.

Yes, it's too early for symptoms.
With the CBEFM, most people will O on their second peak day. If it went back to high today, that would mean you ovulated yesterday.
When you ovulate, hormones are released as well - but these are symptoms of ovulation, not pregnancy.
Wait another week before reading into any symptoms.
Oh, and we're cycle buddies! I'm 1 dpo today too

No. It's way too early to feel anything. We are only 2 dpo today
I wouldn't expect to feel anything until after implantation (if it happens) which can be anywhere from 6-12 dpo.
