Hi Everyone!
hi everyone!
sorry ive been mia lately.
i moved out almost a month ago and i have no computer.... well, i DO but mia chewed the adapter cord for the charger, so i need to get a new one.
anyway, thank you all for your kind fms and myspace messages, thoughts and hugs.
ive decided that even though i love dh dearly, i am not so much "in love" with him as i once was, or as much as i feel i should be.
he is an amazing man and i truly wish him nothing but happiness.
ive been living in a new place for almost a month now. and have done alot of growing up. i mean, i always felt i was alittle more mature for my age, but i am now fully understanding life a bit more. which is what i wanted anyway. i knew this was not going to be easy and i WANT the challenge.
its interesting. ive done alot of what i call "grown up things" like getting ym own cell phone bill, getting my own bank account, etc.
Dharma is with me and soon Saffythe cat will be too.
Splitting up the dogs is one of the hardest things ive ever gone through. i miss them so much.
i am currently at Kevins place (my old place) i come sometimes when he is at work to visit the dogs, pay my bills (& parking tickets ) online, and pack up more of my crap.
dh is really not taking this all that well and i am worried for him. he has lost a significant amount of weight and is pretty depressed i believe.
this is a very tough situation, but i am finding happiness through all the saddness.
to make matters worse, i think some of you may have known my grandmother has been sick for 9 years with emphesemia (and a million other problems)
and she lost her battle last week. i was on li for her wakes and funerals.
i was very close with her, she was a big part of my life, and burying her was one of the hardest things ive ever had to do.
so, needless to say, this has been a really sad, hard time for me.
but thank you for everything, i just wanted to give you all a mini update and thank you all so much.

Its good to hear from you.
I'm so sorry about your grandmother. I know how hard it is to lose a grandparent.
Congratulations on your new found independence. I find that living on your own is such a great part of growing up. I am sorry that it has to stem from so much pain, but it sounds like you are doing the right thing for yourself. Good luck with everything.

So sorry to hear of the loss of your grandmother! I lost my grandpa in January and I know how hard it is.
Sorry to also hear that you are going through some tough times personally, but you should be proud of yourself for doing what you think is right for yourself even though it was challenging.

Jes, first of all i'm so sorry about your grandma, second of all, i'm glad to hear that despite what a hard time this must be for you, you are persevering and moving forward.
Maybe some time apart will make you realize some needed truths.
