Hi and TMI question about CD1
Hello! DH and I are considering TTC #2 soon, and of course this month my cycle is irregular.
I have had very regular 28-30 day cycles for a long time and haven't been on bc in forever. Got AF last on June 29, so was expecting it July 27-29. Well two days ago I had a little bit of brown spotting, then yesterday a little more and today it seems like AF has shown up. Would you count today as CD1, or two days ago? Now I am worried that something is wrong bc I have never been this early.

Today would be CD1 because it is your first day of full flow.
