Hershey Park

Is it best to stay at Eden Resort for Hershey Lodge?

Re: Hershey Park

Eden is about 45 minutes from Hershey. We stayed at Eden last year, but we also went to Dutch Wonderland and Strasburg that trip. It wasn't a bad drive to Hershey, but if you are only going to Hershey park then I would stay somewhere closer.

Re: Hershey Park

We are doing DW as well. I guess I can split up my stay and get something cheaper by Hershy Park.

We did both Hershey Park and Dutch Wonderland. The first day we did Hershey, drove to Eden at night and went to Dutch the following day. We used the third day to hang out at the hotel. The drive to Eden Resort from Hershey Park was about 40 minutes long but it was about 5 minutes from Dutch. The commute wasn't bad at all.

Re: Hershey Park

I'm doing both parks so didn't know if I should stay at Hersey Lodge or Eden Resort.
Is one day enough for both parks? Trying to figure out if I should do 6 days for 4. How do you plan it out?

I always stay at the Lodge. Love it. DW only needs one day. Hershey park could use two days, it's very large. So we stay at the Lodge and drive to DW for the one day.
