Jason Thomas
Born 1/28/11
7lbs 3oz- 20 inches tall
After loosing 6 babies, trying IUI and IVF... all the drugs and shots daily, it's so hard to believe he's here in my arms!
I thought I'd be an emotional mess once I heard his first cry. Actually, the tears started flowing when they were bringing me in for the spinal!
I'd do it all over again as long as he was the end result. My DH and I, and his big sister, are all over the moon. Tired, and exhausted, but over the moon in love 
The one thing I learned from my DD's birth, which came in handy for my DS's birth is, don't let the Dr.'s or the nurses or anyone else tell you what you should do, what you need etc. It's your body, it's your baby. Giving information is one thing, telling you (someone they've just met for 5 minutes) is another.
I look forward to seeing all the new baby updates and hearing/reading all about the new births!

And totally get what you are saying about the nurses etc...I will not let them tell me anything (regarding feeding etc...) this go around...3rd time mommy- it's under control and once I get home, I'll be doing it my own way anyhow  !!!

SO funny! As I was in my bed breastfeeding, they were trying to get me to go to a BFing class. Ummm.. .hello! I don't seem to have any issues, if I do, I'll ask! 
then, the nurse TOLD me I needed to wake him up every 2 hours to eat. Umm.. excuse me? I don't NEED to wake him up... you want me to wake him up. How about this.... when you have your kid- you wake him up!
