OK, now I've read that EP is used for increased CM production- didn't see anywhere that it also increases LP. In fact, I read it shouldn't be used once you O because it causes uterine contractions.
UGH_ so confusing.....

You are supposed to take it from the day AF arrives, til the day you "O", and NOT past that. Because of the posibility of uterine contractions
