Help with OPK
Hello,
My cyles is usually 30-34 days and i got first spotting on january 5th more spotting jan 6th and then heavy on the 7th. which should i count as my first day of my period?
i started using the clearblue digital opk on the 15th and negative still today.
i used the line tests last month and not one positive. i tested till day 21.
just really confused and worried im not ovulating. i have pcos.
any siggestions?

hmmm i dont really know what day you would consider CD 1 considering the spotting...but i am curious bc it seems that is the same position i am in right now...spotting yesterday and spotting so far this morning but no full out period yet.
But i can tell you to keep using the OPK...i didnt get my positive until cd22! i ran out on CD20, but decided to get another pack and am glad I did. test for a longer period of time next month.

I was told to always count the day of full flow as day #1....January 7th in your case. Good luck!!
